With 15+ years of experience in the trucking  industry, Chad has ran and operated J&C since the very beginning all while having a full time job.  In 2025, Chad left his full time job to give his full attention to the company and has since ensured the core values of the company stay solid and that every employee is valued.  

DISPATCH & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Barry is filled with knowledge and has over 30+ years of trucking experience.  Before being promoted to our Dispatch, Barry has had boots on the ground since working with J&P.  Barry forms great relationships with all of our customers and always goes above and beyond to make every experience the best experience.

Our team is made up of experienced drivers and customer service professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients.
