OWNERS

With 15+ years of experience in the trucking  industry, Chad has ran and operated J&C since the very beginning all while having a full time job.  In 2025, Chad left his full time job to give his full attention to the company and has since ensured the core values of the company stay solid and that every employee is valued.  

CFO / COO

Catherine has over 15 years of business management experience; she brings excellent marketing and customer service skills to our business.  Catherine started with J&C in 2023 as a part time office assistant; since then she has grown into a key part of the J&C leadership.  

DISPATCH MANAGER

Barry is filled with knowledge and has over 30+ years of trucking experience.  Before being promoted to our Dispatch, Barry has had boots on the ground since working with J&P.  Barry forms great relationships with all of our customers and always goes above and beyond to make every experience the best experience.
